@VioletRayne: It's moot because I'm married and generally happy, but there's a lady who I dated when we were both teens/early twenties, and everything was so dramatic, she lied a lot, and I was convinced I needed to explore so we broke up.

She's now getting towards the end of her psychology doctorate, still beautiful, much more mellow and honest with herself and others. I think in an alternate universe we worked out really well.

@ChasingBrainBros: [c=#4C0073] I honestly don't know and that's unusual for me. I know myself very well; I know what I want. In this situation, I just don't know. I don't trust myself where this particular person is concerned; I have very strong emotions. I don't know if I'm seeing what I want to see, or if I'm seeing what's actually there. I know that there are definite changes, but I don't know if these are changes in approach or changes in mindset. There is genuine remorse but is it remorse for the loss, or is it remorse for the actions, or even some weird amalgam of both? I don't know. I truly don't know but, I have to make a decision.[/c]

B ) stay

C ) find a convoluted, devious way to test the extent of the change! 😈
