I have a theory about dizziness

If people are sleep deprived they feel dizzy. But no one knows why exactly. Cortisol raises when people are really tired. Cortisol also flushes out potassium. If Potassium is depleted this can cause an electrolyte imbalance which causes dizziness. Is there any truth to this?

Why?

doctors are quick to diagnose inner ear problems
and they never get to the core of the problem
which could be complex

I agree with you, they should do more research.
