Okay, I was going to click truth to this, but I didn't want to go against the flow. It actually is true. If you study men and women, we each express love in very different ways. And when men are criticized for not expressing their feelings the way we do, it isn't fair.

I found it interesting. I am not sure what I have decided yet. There is definately an element of truth. A father's love especially is quite different from a mother's in practice though fathers often love as much or more than mothers. A father's love cares about the child and wants them to be strong and have adventure. This may result in comments like "You are okay, you are tough." Which might sound harsh but really it is building self confidence and perseverance. A father says, "you got this, you can do it, don't let a little hurt stop you from getting back up."
