(Having been the nerdiest girl) these women aren't used to getting attention from men so they don't rely on it- they don't even seek it- they end up finding fulfillment from much healthier places- you may have to be a little obvious you're interested- ask her for coffee- smile at her and tell her you'd love to get to know her more
