Is it normal?

For a guy to reward and punish you.. Like if you say something bad and don't do what he wants and he ignores you for a week on purpose and then comes back? He says he does this with everyone and it's the only way to teach people how to act towards him otherwise they don't change

Please do before you get used to it. He'll convince you everything is your fault, and you'll believe him, and then you'll hate yourself, and think you deserve to be treated like crap, and that's how they get you to stay.
