Would you tell a partner you loved them as soon as you felt it?

I mean I do have feelings for him but personally think it's too early to say, from experience of past relationships anyway

Well...all I can say is that I've seen way too many relationships fail or not be realized due to words unshared or spoken too late.

If you can't be and show everything you are to someone without restraints, is it really ok to be together? If he's the type to get scared or use it to his advantage, why would it be any different saying it now or later?

I'm a blunt, do or die kind of guy so I'm merely sharing my opinion. In the end, you're the one that knows him and yourself and has to deal with the consequences. Asking different opinions before taking action is the mature and responsible way to reach a decision you can be comfortable with.
