If you see a friend, a guy who is talking to a girl he seems interested in and is deep into conversation , would it be wrong to say hi to him?

I don't know but it just seems wrong, as if it were an interruption. I mean your friend has met this new girl and might be on a roll and then suddenly you distract them with your hi.

Same I think also if a girl is talking to a guy she likes.
