how do you find the relationships you want in your late 40s

especially when dating apps haven't worked for you? i tried bumble recently, then tinder to, many years back, but had no success with interacting with women on either......my social skills and self confidence is not the best, as i've said a billion times i live alone, have no support except my elderly parents who live far...lost touch with my friends from my youth........i have social anxiety and my diagnosis is a personality disorder, i stay indoors most of the time because of this.

i'm getting older and just feel concerned how i will find that relationship i want, when i failed on the dating apps? i've saw videos on youtube with life coaches talking about in this digital age, it's getting harder to meet women because times have changed and the traditional ways of meeting women have dwindled.

Or work. Apparently around 1/4 of all relationships start with someone you work with. Ive have 4 couples who i know as friends, who met that way.
And another couple sinilar age to you who were at school together then drifted apart for 30 years, both got divorced then caught up again.
