How do you feel about artificially created intimacy?

Would it be ethical to use artificial intelligence to create a synthetic "perfect partner" that can fulfill your emotional and psychological needs without having true consciousness? What might be the long-term consequences for human relationships?

There have already been cases where individuals have developed something resembling psychosis when spending too much time talking to LLMs because they feed into delusions. I don't think it's healthy on any level but I can understand the appeal.
