Pain or pleasure?

I've had my fill of pains; I'll stick to pleasure, if I'm able.

The two are not mutually exclusive, although just one thing I'm rather fond of Air although many people like that (being choked ) it freaks me out horrible I go into full panick mode. That and being fully tied down bahahaha tie my legs or my hands but no way in helll is someone tying me from both lol

On the proper mindset, they are on in the same. A very thin, blurry line between them. Often the conscious mind can't distinguish one from the other when both occur simultaneously. One can feed the other.

Such a mindset can be induced if not already present.
