Update On My Last Post About The Girl I Was Talking About
So Thursday, I went to the place that girl works at that I've been talking up whenever I am there once a month for work and eventually, I told her I like talking to her and she smiled and told me she likes talking to me, too. So then I asked her for her number and she wrote it down for me and said we should also follow each other on Instagram and we eventually did. But also as she is about to write her number down for me, she also tells me she does have a boyfriend but does wanna talk and be friends, anyway. She also gave me some chocolate chip cookies that someone brought in and made me tea.
So I am a little bummed, but not entirely. Only because recently, I went to another client's place, at a house not a business, and his very hot daughter was home and she remembered me from last time, and we got to talking for a while when I was there, and I told her about my birthday that was coming up at the time and that I was going to a show the next day to see Dropkick Murphys. Turns out she works at a place near where I saw Dropkick Murphys and bartends at the place near there on certain nights. She told me to come by before or after the show and she'd hook me up with drinks.
I went there after the show and she asked what I wanted and hooked me up with a drink. And also she told me happy birthday. When I went on IG to follow her, immediately she followed me back and hit me up a bit. I went back there last weekend with my best friend to show him that place and she was there working and we talked a while. Then she offered us shots, which of course we took her up on that offer and we asked if she was taking one with us, and then she did. Keep in mind that this second time being there at her job was now after my birthday, so I wasn't expecting free shots at this point or anything.
We have talked about festivals and music, Impractical Jokers and other comedians, etc. My friends all told me I should go for her instead seeing as she has shown a bit of interest in me as a person, and I think she's really cute and very chill to be around, and to my knowledge, she does not have a boyfriend. What are your thoughts, readers? Should I try to get with her and get her number? I do like her quite a bit, but I wanna also get to know her a bit better as well, too since I haven't known her for that long yet.
