I think my parents knows😦

But he's not he's very sweet to me and I really really like him they don't know about me dating and they don't know about him but my mom thinks I have caught feelings for someone and that I'm trying to meet up with that person

@BlackAphrodite: Yes, but your parents don't know that and thus they are suspicious. If you were a mother to a teenage girl, would you not be worried in the same situation?

@Mugin16: yeah but I'd be more understanding I wouldn't just treat her like a kid I'll ask to meet with the guy and see what he's like doesn't matter the age I mean I'm almost 18 I should be able to date I really want to confess to them and tell them that I'm dating a guy so they'll back off me a bit if they meet him they'll see he's not a bad guy

@BlackAphrodite: That's a good point. I think that would be a reasonable suggestion from a parent towards their teenage daughers. They know that she will get interested in boys and will start dating, so asking her to meet the guy or at least tell them about him is a good suggestion. Do your parents allow you to date?

@Mugin16: I don't know me and my mom talk about dating once I turn 18 and having interest in boys now but he's not a boy he's a man and he's not some creep he actually likes me no one has never looked twice my way except him he compliments me and I think he wants to be in a long term relationship with me 😒 Can't do that if my parents don't approve of me dating I think I'll just confess next month and I'll tell them that I like him I'll have him come over and they can meet him either they disapprove hate him or they'll turn him in
