What are your thoughts on an Arranged marriage .

An Arranged marriage is a type of marital union where the bride and groom are selected by their families from childhood / They are at last allowed to meet each other at age 21 .

In India it is more a custom, but not a selection during childhood. The parents/families search for a suitable match and they talk to their son or daughter and they meet each other for a final approval.
Yes,the success ratio is very high.

There are other factors in action here 🤔 indians care more about what society will think :) many people will treat you less if you're a divorced or widow or single mom that's why it works better take those away and it'll be same as everywhere else though it's getting better slowly
