@Paschar: Well this is true, and in some cases the marriage won't go ahead without consent but in some cases it will, depends on where you are from or where you originated from or more specifically the community to which you belong to
@Paschar: Does that still go on in certain places? I'd have to go to google to confirm numbers but in the UK hundreds of Asian girls go " missing" each year in my country, usually at the age of 12-14
