@Pumpkins please allow me to clarify. Your question is "If Ur single and sleep with someone with a partner...."
As you can tell from the other responses, if you do it deliberately and knowingly..... then basically yes.
IF, on the other hand, they concealed that they had a partner, and presented themselves as single -- THEN you were duped and not to blame, as you thought they were single and available. (Since this is SW, totally avoiding any questions about sex outside of marriage....)
