Bad by your standards? Bad by standards of society on what is commitment vs cheating? Only you can decide where you draw the line where "bad" is.
If you knew the person was involved with someone, yet you chose to sleep with them, you have to ask yourself if that violated your personal standards on what is right or wrong.
