I don't understand. But I can not have physical stuff,we can only kiss and press each other. We decided we can do sex after 10years but I don't know it is too long. Lol

There's an exception to the law about no sex with minors for other minors (people less than 18). That exception is called 'Romeo and Juliet'. Have your 16year old friend google it for your State.
