Why doesn't the brain listen once in a while ?

Because the brain and the heart are in a constant struggle for what they want

It'd be a nice change.

Maybe your heart is in charge of it

Sometimes it's too busy formulating a clever response to actually listen to what's being said.

I wish time did too.
