When people post stuff about how much they " love their kids " do you ever think .. what a phoney?

I never really notice those posts, if I did, I'd not think they are phoney as I know how much I love my kids..

But a lot of people post stuff like that, and it's almost like they are doing it out of some insecurity.... maybe over compensating for what they are really like as a parent .. ( not all obviously( but maybe ones who overdo it

I don't know.. that's all my Facebook is all about for the most part. Hopefully, no one thinks I'm a phoney.. geez. It's the ones who don't talk about their kids is the ones I'd worry about.

@TheDudeLebowski: I love my kids beyond words, and I do everything for them.. and I don't think you'd notice that from my profile or things I do here, I do tend to separate me as ME and me as MUM...
Though I've also not noticed those posts at all.. I don't actually "live" here..
