What are the challenges when dating more than one man?

And I mean [i]officially[/i] dating, not that cheating crap. I'm mostly interested in the answers of women who have been there. Do you call yourself polyamorous or polyandric? Was it a conscious decision to be with more than one guy?

Openness and transparency with consent of everyone is a good idea. You can pick the right level of privacy for what you do with whom.

Yes, my non-monogamy is very much a conscious decision.

I feel very old mentally and can communicate about my emotions. Not everyone can and it's a sticking point for the others from time to time.
