My little sister got divorced last winter and one of the things we talked about was her selling the house and moving back here. Don't think she'll do it, but if she did I told her she could move in with me. Is that a turnoff?

No it's not bad but you'll have to work out a plan with your sister if you ever want to bring a girl to your place.
