@rickoo164: I have very little experience with Indian woman (only one intimate involvement), but I did learn that they are heavily influenced by the people around them.. They are very reserved.. I suspect that, because she most likely views your relationship as interracial... she is not likely to be open about it in her work environment... So you'll have to be patient until SHE feels safe to communicate with you...
