What's the statute of limitations on cheating?

Divorce. Forget the excuses-kids, finances, fear, lack of jobs or skills. One who cheats destroys others' hearts and eventually souls. And the cheater's too, in time. Did your vows include this torment, this pain, this heinous act? No.
People cannot justify cheating. And, for the record, being in an open relationship is not cheating. When everyone is aware and is agreeable, it is acceptable. That is about it. My opinion. And strong it is. Questions?
