Why do women flake

A women who I was meant to meet today at 1pm, didnt even message me or anything

She told me last night she would call me in the morning but i had a feeling she wouldnt

I dont want to chase.

Did she ghost me or flake out?

Obviously the behavior isn’t gender-specific, but [b]immature[/b] people make or accept dates they regret and then lack the courage to cancel or at least let the person know what’s going on. 🙁
