Why do women flake

A women who I was meant to meet today at 1pm, didnt even message me or anything

She told me last night she would call me in the morning but i had a feeling she wouldnt

I dont want to chase.

Did she ghost me or flake out?

I don't think it's you, per se. Nothing personal, but she still should have been courteous to you and thoughtful. Other than that, some people just have different preferences and it's no reflection on you.
