how to deal with loneliness

[c=003BB2][i]seriously, how do you deal with loneliness, when you live alone and have no relationships or support system other than your elderly parents who live far? this is me and i'm now in my mid 40s...i feel hopeless sometimes like this is the way it is always gonna be until the day i die..

i was messaging a woman on facebook for years and THOUGHT it was going well, we were sending each other affectionate messages.....but she hasn't responded to my latest message for about a week now.....so i'm worried i could of blown it...or she has lost interest.


i get very lonely, what can i do?[/i][/c]
