Depends on the individual women, and how their feeling that day.
Personally, I think every woman has a sexyness to them when they are confident and perhaps a bit flirtatious.
Other times a woman really don't wanna be bothered with it and would rather be left to alone in relative solitude, and do what they do without any distractions or concerns or outside stimuli.
Just a guys perspective on it though, I wouldn't know, that's just the way it seems to me.
