Do you respect the man who asked you to marry him? Does he respect you???

If not, better think it over. It matters greatly what you think of the person you're marrying, and what he thinks of you, before you marry! Where there's no trust or respect, there's no relationship, to begin with and that is so important! Not a solid foundation for starters.

He is my husband, the father of my son, and the love of my life. Respect is very important. Of course I respect him.

@TexChik You'd be surprised how many marry without even thinking about whether or not they respect that person. Thus, the reason for my post. Where there's no honesty and respect, there's no relationship.
