I appreciate the differences between people more than the similarities. I don't think race is very important or interesting, but cultural differences are. I grew up in a small Midwestern town of all white people. Boring.
I grew up in several Indian villages, lots of us halfbreeds running about. I didn't know there were differences till in high school. I liked it better not knowing.
