What do u call it when someone complains about not finding any one to date . But they have people interested in them but they keep rejecting them

Can be a number of things maybe wants to date but just don’t trust easily the people interested in her she isn’t interested in them she is scared of getting hurt she’s not ready they know of the other person reputation they don’t know the other person well enough they don’t believe they are actually interested in them really could be a number of reasons and like another person said could be avoidant thing also.
