Is this too big of an age gap?

I think my manager is interested in me, he makes it really obvious.. he treats me different than everyone else, the only thing is he's 36 and I'm 19. Is that too crazy? I didn't know his age until today... he looks like 28

The bottom line is how you feel about this. Understand work place relationships are the worst because when things go sour in the relationship it goes sour at work.
My advice is not to do it.

the target of bad things..?

@TheFlowerThatBloomsInAdversity: Yes. Say you two had a real screaming argument in your apartment or his place. It's very possible he takes it out on you at work. It's happened many many times before. I had to fire a manager for that very reason because the employee he was dating quit due to him "punishing" her for their argument.

@islandalone: I feel like that would be an issue if I was the screaming and dramatic type. I'm a very peaceful and "go with the flow" type of person. Never really screamed at anyone in my life

@TheFlowerThatBloomsInAdversity: That's good to know but things can still go bad in a relationship, and as I said I've seen too many cases where the boss or manager let stuff in the personal world spill over into the professional world.
