Isn't there a part in all of us that's hurt if they are happy without us?

i actually do want them to be happy, just because we're not together anymore doesnt mean i want them to be unhappy

No it's just bruises the ego a bit to see an ex happy and well moved on I guess. I don't want any of them unhappy either.
