Advice on dealing with in-laws over the holidays?

Be polite, dress nicely, be helpful, as nothing would irritate them more! ;)

But don't try too hard !
You women insist on evaluating and judging each other anyway !
They'll probably want to 'help' in some capacity at some point. Don't dismiss it, but see if you can find something you can do together.

be really nice to them. it will drive them crazy, plus, it gives you control and power over the situation.
