He is going to come into contact with other members of the opposite sex all the time. What is the difference with the babysitter? If he is not to be trusted then that is a more general problem.
Unfortunately with the way things are today there is a risk of the babysitter making unfounded allegations against him. Probably best if the babysitter was taken home by the lady instead.
