How do you get rid of stomach pains?

I ate some seafood late last night and I'm sure that's what's causing my pains. I drank some antacid to try to get rid of it, but it was no use. I just took two aspirins since I haven't eaten breakfast to take the Motrin 800 that I have, and I can't find anything else around my house. Suggestions?

I have class in two hours. 🤔
