The 10-step, exposure therapy route. Basically, write a list with ten points. At number one, you write something you think you could do, but definitely don't want to. Make each and every point down to ten more difficult and unappealing, with ten being something you definitely don't think you can ever do.

Then work your way down at your own tempo.
