i could but you can't use 'against the will' spells... not good karma.

also you can find many recipes online.

i had one but it was gross.....

rose pedals collected in the spring from around the city you live.
put them into distilled water.. let them set is sealable jars.

let them 'congeal' into the water...
(glass jars that is)

or you can use distilled water.. the rose pedals and boil, steep OR distill them ....

then uh.... well.. there's magic that is used and your... 'stuff' and put that into the final product then let it sit on a (depending on how you want it to work) waxing or waning moon (on a thursday around 12am) and let it sit in the windowsill.

OR there's a more simplex spell, curse... use your uric acid and 'cycle' (for women) and make an oil, using distillation or olive OR rose oil.

then store it only for use when you... cook.

bad stuff.

if you wish to make a perfume then it's the distillation process with alcohol using witch hazel.
