Should I tell my girlfriend I think she's smoking hot?

I don't know if that sounds shallow or not but I truly believe she is smoking hot in addition to being beautiful.

@Jenny1234 Lol, I'm totally fine with having a GF who's full of herself! Confidence is a huge turn on for me! I love when she checks herself out when we're near a mirror haha, sometimes I think she's rubbed off on me.
