How soon after your love heartbreak, do you jump back into another?

@SW-User I would so heavily prefer not to bother waiting but love is at times cruel.

No woman ever wants to listen to you cry about your ex and it effectively means whne heartbroken I am left to recover on my own....

@BetweenKittensandRiots This is the time though when you can cry with friends. You want your heart to heal before committing to someone else.

@SW-User Friends are few between given that I make no bones about not following the bro code.

I give everything and it means I often end up having to make up for lost time if it doesn't go well. they say to put your firends first because love is a fickle creature that might change it's mind.

of course that's a restatement of the crude way they put it

it's just that often no ones listening.

I am relieved in a sense, where my friends used drugs to cope I learned to write and give words to sentiments that few knew how to express.
