Can someone explain to me what that jolting thing is that some guys do when they're sleeping?

@Mellowgirl Is this tied in with sex ? Maybe I’m not understanding what you’re describing. When I’ve dreamed I was falling I’ve jumped or jolted in my sleep, but I thought that was just normal.
