How should you ask someone out who works 10 hours shifts in retail on 5 days a week?
Like is a relationship even realistic?

Well most people generally work 5 days a week..As long as you can accommodate them. Now if both of you are working 10 hour days 5 days a week and have different days off that might be a bit more tricky.
