Should I tell my girlfriend that she isn't a good cook?

I don't wanna hurt her feelings, but she insists on cooking food for me but she's not the best at it.

Maybe start with one specific dish, about which you can say something constructive. "Say, I bet this would be better if...." (You used less oil, or whatever.) And as others have said, you could try being in the kitchen with her and make it a joint effort.
