What do you suspect is most likely the reason it is so difficult for most people to get love right?

Getting love "right" as in finding a compatible partner who genuinely respects, trusts and loves them and is willing to put in the effort to maintain a healthy relationship?

No one teaches how to love, respect, communicate, conflict resolution, etc... They just expect people to get along instinctively. When in history has that ever worked?
