What’s your Valentine’s story? (If you have a s/o)💗💗💗

How’d you guys meet? We met in grad school. He has now completed his masters, but I'm still in school.

First Date? Our first date was three years ago at a restaurant in Palo Alto.

How long have you been together? Three years as of September 2020.

Age difference? He is 5 months older.

Who was interested first? He is the one who approached me.

Who said, “I love you” He said it first.

Who is taller? I'm taller by about two inches.

Most patient? He is.

Most sensitive? Probably him.

Loudest? Definitely him.

Most stubborn? Me, no contest.

Falls asleep first? He always does. He can sleep in cars and trains. I have no ability to do that.

Cooks better? I taught him how to cook!

Better morning person? Me. He likes to sleep in.

Better driver: Me. He has had three tickets since we've been going out. 🤦‍♂️

Most competitive: I'm much more competitive. It's a problem with board games. :P

Funniest: He's naturally funny, but I'm not without my wit.

Where do you eat out most as a couple? We both love Mexican food and have a favorite Mexican restaurant we like to visit regularly.

Who is more social? He is more outgoing.

Who is the neat freak? I'm a neat freak, but he's no slob.

How long did it take to get serious? Not long, a couple months maybe.

Who picks where you go to dinner? We can usually agree on something. We're both pretty open to trying new places. Neither of us are picky eaters, though I'm a bit pickier than he is.

Who is the first one to admit when they’re wrong? I'm too stubborn to admit it first.

Who wears the pants in the relationship? I think we share the pants pretty evenly.

Who has more tattoos? He has one tattoo and I have none.

Who sings better? He is completely tone-deaf. Lol. I'm no great singer, but I have some ability and I play piano.

Hogs the remote? He does. I let him since I'm less picky about what we watch.

Spends the most? Me. Part of growing up in a wealthy family I guess. He has a frugality I never learned.

Did you go to the same school? We went to the same university for grad school. I didn't know him before that, although we had a mutual friend we didn't know about.

Who drives when you are going somewhere together? I'm generally the driver. I love driving and I love cars. He's apathetic about it and is happy for me to take him places. :)
