Does everyone need compatibility in a relationship?

I feel like I'm in the minority... I tend to develop feelings for guys that are my polar opposite. I don't really require an arseload of compatibility. I just need to feel love, respect, patience (from both sides) and I'm set lol... 😬

But I guess I'm weird. Just like how I'm apparently weird for only being interested in one guy at a time. 🤔

Does everyone need compatibility in a relationship?

Not trying to be a smart aleck here but it seems that some degree of compatibility is required at some level for a relationship to thrive.

Now, I've assumed a healthy growing, stable relationship. There's plenty of relationships that aren't that.
