I guess few feeling can be same, but not all.
For example in men Vasopressin hormone is responsible for sexual excitement/arousal, whereas in women its luteinizing hormone. For enjoyment/pleasure both get a dose of dopamine. And both get oxytocin at the orgasm.
But it's difficult to say that these common hormones make both genders feel the same way. As, in women the increase of vasopressin hormone(caused by anger or stress) reduces sexual desire, whereas its secretion in men boost arousal. It's deeper game in brain, moreover both genders have different set of emotions/feeling for others, like a mother's affection is different from the father's.
I had the same curiosity.
