Is it wrong that i want to take a break from long distance relationships?

Look I'm not trying to over think this I have a guy that I'm currently thinking about buuuuut I'm having a problem with distance. Yes I'm use to online relationships but I really wanna have a chance to experience physical touch and love I mean hell my own father started treating me like a woman by opening my door or letting in a store first. I was so shocked I didnt even know I was supposed to be treated a certain way.

Idk maybe I should just take a break from long distance relationships and look for one close by.

Yeah do it.

Online relationships are easier to get into because the anxiety and fear of failure is just so much less severe. You can just start talking with randos and if it works out bang relationship. Buuut then there's all the shit that comes with LDRs, not to mention lack of physical intimacy and sometimes people just wanna cuddle or get laid or whatever.

Also there's the complexity of in an LDR you don't really know how someone lives or displays body language or if they fart in bed or if they leave a sink full of dirty dishes or -whatever-. That stuff matters an incredible amount.

And the secret of the world is that there's compatible people everywhere. The human race would cease to exist if we couldn't find people to have relationships with in our immediate areas.
