How does it feel when heart is broken

Like trying to walk underwater with an anchor on. You feel the words ; Overwhelmed, Devastated, Numb, the silence is deafening, "WHY" ?, no awareness of time passing, you deny the primal scream in your mind, you feel the tearing of your insides being torn out. You know insanity. And over time you learn to cope with the pain, grow from it, and apply it to your life as you begin to live it again. " Only love can break a heart only love can mend it again."

feels like you can't breathe, can't walk, cant talk.. you cannot concentrate on anything, everything seems unreal.. you just want to die but know you have to go on living and its that having to carry on living when you dont want to that is the worse.. oh and the pain.. feels like a real physical pain..

Do you complaint to yourself for all this because you made it happen

I have not gone through anything such yet but whenever such thing looks like coming I becomes stronger and takes this as a god wish.
