If a co worker bought you a drink?

if a co worker, that you're not really close with buys you a drink, what does that mean???

I used to buy food and drink for all my co workers(once in awhile)and sometimes any that I want to share something with.For me it’s nice to bring a little happiness to my highly stressed co workers and it makes working with them more pleasant too..they don’t give me much trouble lol
