I should have been more composed and able to answer like that. But at the time.. These were friends and a father people who were important to me. I was more pissed off they should have no business getting into mine. I probably did state I love being single. And I felt I should have been left alone with my choices.
It put me right off them. I didn't need to be around nick pickers.
Made better friends in the end and they liked me for me not my relationship status. Again you are so right in what you said. 🤗

@Tinkerxbell always understanding! It's hard to digest their miserable input on our private life choices. I did eventually get married. I was 35 when I did. Wasn't forced into it, however, I all of a sudden was asked to bbqs and parties by my old friends when they found out I wasn't single. I never went. 😂
